Firestarter is a pop punk band from Albany, NY, and Forget the Past is their second ep. They follow suit along with Blink 182 and Bowling for Soup that have more traditional pop punk sounds.
That being said, the vocals are ever so slightly reminiscent of A Day To Remember's Jeremy Mckinnon, but they do need to work on their intonation just a bit. Firestarter is definitely onto something brilliant and tracks such as, "Tiny Bandages", "Lost & Found" and their acoustic versions really show that off. This album is definitely worth giving a chance if you are into pop punk of the old school variety.
