3 Doors Down is an American rock band that formed in 1996 in Mississippi. The band has had a handful of different lineup changes over the years, to the point that the only original member that remains is the lead singer, Brad Arnold. The lineup as it is today is Brad Arnold, Chris Henderson and Chet Roberts who are both on rhythm and lead guitar , Greg Upchurch on drums, and Justin Biltonen on bass.
Since 2000, 3 Doors Down have released six studio albums, four EPs, and a compilation album. Between those albums, they also have 23 singles, and have several multi-platinum albums. They also sold over 13 million albums in the US alone by July 2014. We can only imagine what its up to now, especially considering they have a new album out even. Their debut album, The Better Life has been certified platinum six times over by the RIAA, and features what may be the most popular song 3 Doors Down has ever released. That song is "Krypotonite." That single along has been certified platinum twice by the same company, and is one of those songs everyone knows, even if they have no idea who its by right away. Some would even go as far as to say it became an icon of the 2000s, because of how massively popular the song became. It, along with two other singles, "Loser", and "Duck And Run" reached number one on Mainstream Rock charts and set up the path for 3 Doors Down perfectly well. Their next studio album, Away From The Sun came just two years later, and peaked at number eight on the Billboard 200 charts. Its been certified platinum four times over, and features a couple other massive hits that are automatically associated with 3 Doors Down. "When I'm Gone" and "Here Without You." But reached number one, and "Here Without You" received two platinum certifications as well. The certifications keep on coming as well. Their third studio album, Seventeen Days also was certificated platinum and reached number one on the Billboard 200. The platinum streak broke with the fourth studio album, which was self titled. The self titled album was released in 2008, and still was certified gold. The lead single from that album, "Its Not My Time" became the fifth single from 3 Doors Down to reach the top of the Mainstream Rock chart, and the second one to reach the Adult Pop Charts. We're not even sure how it reached the top of a Pop chart, because they're far from Pop music, but its still extremely cool, none the less. Their fifth studio album, Time Of My Life peaked at number 3 on the Billboard 200 and so far has not received any certifications. Neither has their sixth and newest album., Us And The Night, but that one is brand new. It only just came out on March 11. It peaked at number 34 here in the US, and because its so new, there's not a ton that can be said about it just yet. We have yet to hear the album, though we are hoping to fix that soon. The lead single however, "In the Dark" is doing very well, and has so far reached as high as number two on Mainstream Rock charts here in the US. 3 Doors Down has been seen as an iconic rock band since 2000, and they continue to go strong. This year is absolutely no different! What with the new album and all the performances they have coming up, they're doing quite well. They set out on tour starting on April 8, and will go all around the US consistently through May 29. During the tour, they will also be appearing at several festivals such as Welcome to Rockville, Fort Rock, Carolina Rebellion, and Rocklahoma. There's a few more performances that will be happening later in the summer as well. For more information, head on over to 3 Doors Down's official website.

I loved all the twist and turns in this book that I was shocked during certain parts, it was amazing where B.A. Paris took this story and I can not wait to see what she writes next!
