Everyone is well aware that some people cut. Some say its a way to release your stress and forget, but I don't understand that at all. I've always said its the exact opposite. If you cut, you might leave a scar, and then what? You'll just remember why you did it. Like my favorite song says, "Our scars remind us that the past is real."
Cutting is not cool. If there's anyone out there who does it, they should probably try to get some help before they do some serious damage to themselves. The reason I am talking about this is because I stumbled across a picture that may or may not be real.
I'm not sure if this is a real thing, but the only time you should have fake scars is for Halloween. This is just promoting such God awful things. They're making it sound like its cool, but even the people that do cut don't claim its cool. Or if they do, its because they have something seriously wrong, and need help.
On top of that, why the hell would you fake being depressed to the point of self harm? That just is screwwed up more than I can even fathom.
I'm not certain that this product is real, but I certainly hope its not. Cutting is no joking matter, and if there's anyone out there that cuts, please stop. There's better ways to deal with the stress of lives then cutting yourself up. To keep yourself from cutting, do what is called "The Butterfly project". Draw a butterfly on your wrists, and every time you look at it remind yourself why you put it there in the first place.
Also, talk to people. The right people, like a very close friend or family member. Even a therapist, if you feel that'll be more help to you.
Remember this: Life is a bitch, because if it were easy it'd be a slut. Even then, it still would not be easy because there'd be STD's. Life always is going to have its up's and down's, but that's because one without the other wouldn't make sense. We wouldn't be able to appreciate the other, because we wouldn't know the difference. Also keep in mind that no matter how much you think your life sucks, it could be a lot worse, and will get a lot better.
No life problem is worth harming yourself, or killing yourself earlier. Nothing in life is permanent, so why leave a permanent mark on yourself over it?
