Our stories are incomplete. Life isn't a movie, it doesn't have a set end already that you just are waiting to get to. Its a novel, half written.
To others, you might be a book half unread but they're reading a work in progress. There may be constructive criticism, and there may be those who jump the gun and just don't get it. That's okay -they don't have to get it. Your life is your story, not theirs. It won't apply to everyone, and you don't have to try to apply your life to others. By doing that, you lose part of yourself. You'll get sucked into the vacuum that is society, and soon, you lose all sense of what you were living for.
And that just sucks.
Cling to the things that keep you going, and give you a smile. Whether its something big like a passion, or dedication, or something small like your pet, or a TV show. Life can get in the way, but you do need your outlets. Just make sure they're healthy ones, like something creative, active, just entertaining -surely you get what I mean. And if you're leaning toward a harmful one -talk to someone. It gets far too easy to get wrapped up in your own head, and sometimes you do need to let someone else in to get more input. Sometimes it can be refreshing.
Remember too, what you do is up to you in the end. There's good and bad influences, and there's a lot to consider. We were too tired when we wrote this, but take everything that's said with a grain of salt and look out for yourself. We forget to look out for ourselves sometimes, but do try. Surround yourself with people who remind you of that, and who also try to look out for you. Believe it or not, those people do exist, you just have to keep your eyes peeled and have some paitence. Meanwhile, look out for you.
