It was announced a couple weeks ago now that Bring Me The Horizon will be releasing a brand new album called 'That's The Spirit' on September 11. To build up the hype and anticipation just a little bit more, the band has released a third song off the album. This one is called "True Friends" and tells a sadly very real tale of betrayal. "I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you. I will forget, but I will never forget you. Don't you know? Don't you know true friends stab you in the front? I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you. You broke my heart and there's nothing you can do. And now you know -true friends stab you in the front." Finally someone pointed out that friends can break your heart too. Much like the other two releases thus far, "Throne" and "Happy Song", lyrical genius is being shown. This album is surely going to be kick ass. You can pre-order it now on iTunes, and can catch Bring Me The Horizon on tour this October with Issues and Pvris! In the mist of that tour is also the Rock Allegiance, Buzzfest, and Aftershock Festivals. For more information, please visit the Bring Me The Horizon website!
So, tell us -what do you think of "True Friends"? Or anything else BMTH has released from That's The Spirit thus far? Let us know here in the comments, or on Facebook or Twitter.
