There has been a lot of talk the past few months about Maxwell Green being kicked out of Escape The Fate. There was never a question in that, but a couple months ago a rumor began swirling around that he had rejoined the band.
Last night, Max confirmed that those rumors are untrue by tweeting, "Well everyone, I'm doin good. No I'm not playing in ETF anymore. Long story, basically personal and perhaps slight musical differences." Later Tweets wents on to say things like, "I don't think it's how anyone WANTED it to go down, but everything happens for a reason I guess.", "Still making music....always. Hopefully you'll all hear it again one day", and " I still have a few tricks up my sleeve, never bet against max the ripper, you'll lose every time." Nobody knows who's going to be Max's replacement, but fans will get to find out soon. Escape The Fate will be heading to South America on March 17 and will be playing there until March 25. North American fans can check out the same tour April 5 through May 16. You can check out thiswarisourstour.com for more details. Escape The Fate has yet to announce who will be filling Max's spot, though there's been rumors that former Falling In Reverse member, Mika Horiuchi will be replacing him. Whether that's true or not, nobody knows yet. They also have completed their next album already! More details are still yet to come on that. What do you think about this? Do you think they were wrong kicking out Max, or were they right? Do you think the rumors are true about Mika joining ETF? Leave a comment telling what you think!

I do think they were wrong in "kicking" Max out. I fell in love with this band with Monte, Craig, Robert and Max as the members. I loved what they had in a group, and I never saw Craig and Max apart. I watched a few of their background and interviewing videos, and the last I watched, Max talked about his substance abuse. Honestly I'd have never known until I saw that. I may not know the complete story, and I am some random person, but I am sure they could have just had him sit out a while. Im glad he chose rehab and to come clean, but they could have talked about it. I have parents that do the same thing, and I grew up in it since I was a small child. I know what it's like living with an addict. But if Max was getting help and they were all so close, it was wrong. Hope this got to someone. Thanks ;)
