Throwback to November 28, 2012 when Issues released their acoustic EP, Diamond Dreams. The EP is eight songs long, and features re-imagined versions of many beloved Issues songs, such as "King Of Amarillo," "Hooligans" and more!
Given Issues' usual metalcore meets electronic sound, its rather interesting to hear them stripped down. You hear a lot of the emotions that you may have possibly missed out on when listening to the original versions. Take "Hooligans" for example, the meaning is really brought to the surface, and you feel the emotions right there with them. Or "Disappear" for example. Its all about sitting there questioning life, and just wanting someone near you. Its just absolutely wonderful. Acoustic versions of songs takes the talent a band already has, and heightens it. If you go acoustic, and it still sounds completely beautiful, you know you're doing damn well. We've never been a massive Issues fan, but this EP is full of talent and beauty. If you haven't heard it now, we really recommend you look it up. You can get it now on iTunes, along with other works from Issues! This includes their upcoming album, Headspaces which you can pre-order now! Also, get excited because Issues is on tour now! They're out with Crown The Empire, ONE OK ROCK, and Night Verses. The tour goes now through April 18, and then festival season kicks in. Issues will be at Fort Rock, Welcome To Rockville, and Rock On The Range. After that, they head on over to the UK! For a full list of tour dates, please head over to Issues official website!
