The third annual Immortal Music Awards are finally here!
In late October of 2014, Immortal Music began asking fans of ours various questions with the intention of finding the best and favorites in music for the year. Fast forward just over two months later, and all the winners have been found! Before we begin announcing it all, we wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in the voting, promoting and suggesting for the awards. Without your participation, this could not have happened, and for that, you are thanked more than words can even express. With that in mind, we can now say goodbye to 2014 and welcome 2015 with the best music related things of 2014. The first questions asked were all looking toward the new year, and involved new content and tours from bands. All the answers in this part of the Awards were answers you guys provided. Input from the creator of Immortal Music can be found here, if you are interested. Also keep in mind that some questions have many answers, and others have set winners. Some also have second place winners, and others do not. This all just depended on how the answers were given. -Who would you like to see release more content in 2015? Tonight Alive, My Chemical Romance, AC/DC, Metallica, Neil Young,Tool, Siouxsie and The Banshees, All Time Low, Cradle Of Filth -Who would you like to see tour more in 2015? Greetings, everyone! 2014 is over in the matter of hours, and the 2014 Immortal Music Awards are officially here! The process to find winners is now over, and the answers are up!
Just like every year, I have some things to say about it, and there are more answers that you guys did not see! Such as- WAIT! Go no further! Have you even read the results for the 2014 Immortal Music Awards? If you answered, 'no' to this question, then click right here to go read this year's results. If you don't, and just read on from here, you will have plenty of spoilers and probably will find yourself wondering what the hell we're talking about here. So, go on, go read it. We'll all wait here for you. While we're waiting for someone to read the actual results, now would be a good time to mention how awesome it is that this is the 3rd annual Immortal Music Awards. They didn't properly start until 2012, but they were attempted at in 2011. Last year worked wonders as well. Thank you for sticking around, and helping Immortal Music grow so this can keep happening. Here's to hoping that the Immortal Music Awards can happen for many years to come, and slowly grow into something much more eventful. Now, we can discuss the results without someone being out of the loop, I hope. I stalled enough, so if someone didn't click away from the screen to go discover who won, well, they were warned. There was a small chunk of diversity this year with the answers and frankly, that's awesome! It doesn't all have to be artists that are considered to be "different." They can be more popular 'mainstream' artists too, and can be all different genres. Music is Immortal, regardless of genre, and I'm proud of you guys for showing that off. One of the biggest things I actually want to talk about is the fact that Jack Barakat won both the hottest male AND female in music. Surely someone is going to ask, and no, I did not rig that. I did not do anything, all answers were fully brought by you guys, and no one else. This is the second year in a row that Jack Barakat got nominated and won for the hottest female in music, and frankly -it amuses me to no end. The argument I had last year still stands -have you seen that man in a dress? He can rock a dress better than most women can, and that alone is impressive. However, I am sort of surprised that Jack managed to beat out so many people, like Lzzy Hale, Taylor Momsen and Maria Brink. That just surprised me, I thought for sure Taylor Momsen was going to win, but she came in second. Either everyone has a sense of humor, or they have seen Jack in his maid costume and liked it. Perverts. The hottest male didn't totally surprise me, though it did surprise me that the other answers that were given to me more than once did not come closer to winning. Gerard Way and Andy Biersack paled in comparison to Jack when the votes came in -and that surprised me. It also was rather cool because while people were still suggesting people, some unexpected answers were given. Such as Nial Horan of One Direction and country artist, Luke Bryan. It was nice to see the diveristy, even if it was highly unexpected. Other answers given were Tyler Carter, Ashley Purdy, Oli Sykes, Vic Fuentes, Adam Gontier, Austin Carlile, Alex Gaskarth and every male in Tonight Alive. The first few questions that were asked all were looking forward to the new year, and I wasn't surprised by most of them at all. Especially not that My Chemical Romance was thrown in there, but that's a whole other topic. What did surprise me was the fact that Neil Young was thrown into the mix, it was just unexpected. As I said earlier, the diversity you guys gave me this year, made me very happy. The first question asked who you would like to see more content from in the new year. Personally, I really would like to see Adam Goniter finally release his solo stuff that he is working on. I also am really looking forward to hearing the new things from Breaking Benjamin and ex Sick Puppies singer, Shimon Moore. As for who I'd like to see tour more, I want to say Shinedown, All TIme Low, Adam Gontier, and Pierce The Veil. Despite the fact that I have seen all of them before, they all put on great shows that I would like to see again. I also would not mind seeing Simple Plan tour some more either. The album I am most excited for is Papa Roach's album, 'F.E.A.R' which comes out January 27. I definitely plan on going and getting it the day it comes out, as the tracks they ahve already released suck me in. They speak volumes to me, and surely the rest of the album will as well. I also really am looking forward to the new releases from Shinedown, All Time Low and Art of Dying as well. The favorite bands for the year that you guys decided on were All Time Low and Tonight Alive. Normally, I'd agree with the All Time Low statement, but I actually think I want to say A Day To Remember is my favorite band from 2014. For reasons I cannot explain, I have found myself listening to them more than ever. "All I Want" has made more sense to me this year than it ever did before, and it just expresses something I always am feeling. A lot of their songs from What Separates Me From You and Common Courtesy sit well with me, so that probably has a lot to do with it. The favorite album you guys chose was Reincarnate by Motionless In White, but personally, I would go with Stuck by Adelitas Way. I actually got an advanced copy of it to review from their press person and loved it. Loved it enough that I had most of it memorized before its actual release date. The best guitarist, in my eyes was Zach Myers of Shinedown. He's an incredible musician, and an absolute sweetheart. Its also thanks to him that something rather big happened for Immortal Music. If you don't know what I'm talking about, click here. I wrote a 2014 Recap blog, for anyone who may be interested. The best bassist for me, is Zack Merrick of All Time Low. I do agree with the choice you guys made for the best singer, which is Alex Gaskarth of All Time Low. I also want to give Brent Smith and Jacoby Shaddix some credit too. Those three are my favorites, so of course I was going to say them. They are very talented and their lyrics speak volumes to me. For the favorite drummer, I want to go with Robert Ortiz of Escape The Fate. Mostly for reasons directly involving him. Again, for details, reference the recap blog. The best lyric of 2014 is hard to determine, but one of my favorites came from "Warriors" by Papa Roach. "So shine your light, push your enemy back. When you're under attack, we'll protect you." It just was one of lyrics that I felt perfectly depicts what music does for people. Now to comment on the underrated bands. First I want to say, I was so happy by the fact that so many of you answered! 73 bands were named, and two people actually named the one I manage, Remedy X. I did not do that at all! I told you guys to talk up any underrated band you knew of, including your own bands and boy, did you do it! I personally have several I want to give some credit. Here's my list; Sunshine And Bullets, Remedy X, Love In War, Nine Mile Drive, The Last Sleepless City, Sons Of Reverly, Black Jacket, I Woke Up Early For My Funeral, Bargain Bin Heroes, Us Ghosts, Stellar Kart, and more! Those are the main ones though. All are incredibly talented, and deserve more love. Now for the final question -the best music video of 2014. When I came up with this question, I was racking my own brain, trying to remember what videos I have seen this year! I know I've seen many, yet somehow -I totally drew a blank. Then I looked back and decided I want to go with End Of Me by A Day To Remember. They worked very hard on that and did a wonderful job. It impressed me a lot. It was a very touching video, and if you haven't seen it, I recommend it. I don't think I have anything else to say revolving around the 2014 Immortal Music Awards, so I will end it here! Thank you so much for participating, it means so much to me. I appreciate it a lot! Also, can anyone think of any other questions to ask for next year's awards? Let me know! I'd like to add something for next year, I am just not sure what! Speaking of next year, be on the look out in the next few days for a 2015 goals and resolutions blog! I have a lot planned for the new year. This has been one hell of a year, and I couldn't think of a better way to end it. Ending it with the third annual Immortal Music awards, and a show with a friend's band on New Years eve. Doesn't get much better than that! Happy new year, everyone! "Here's to the nights that'll change your whole life. Here's to the times you go and give them hell." -Different Kind Of Animal, Adelitas Way. The 2014 Immortal Music Awards will be coming to an end soon! The results will be posted on the 31st, unless something comes up -then it will be up on January 1.
The hold up will completely depend on if a winner is found in time for the final question. The final question is, "What is the best music video of 2014?" and several people answered! For that, I say thank you very much. I only gave three days for you to submit answers, and the response, considering that short of a time limit, is great. However, so many responses were given that we could not include them all in the 2014 Immortal Music Awards. Its simply a fact -twelve different videos cannot be the best! So, now through December 31, you can vote on the best one. This may be extended to New Years day, if there is no winner or set tie on the 31st. Hopefully, something will be determined in that time though so it does not end up delayed. So, please come vote for the best music video of 2014! Also, until the afternoon of December 29th (today, if you are reading this the day it was posted) you can vote for the hottest male and female in music. Those polls will be closed in the afternoon of December 29, somewhere between four and eight-thirty pm EST. Check the Facebook page before voting to be sure your vote will be counted. A post will be made when we have decided to save the winner to our computers and any votes given after the polls are 'closed' will not be counted. Please be sure to cast your votes, and ask your friends to do the same! There is a time crunch here, and in order to make this work, your participation is highly needed! So, please don't procrastinate -participate. Try not to laugh too hard at that cheesy sentence, and stay tuned for the results for the 2014 Immortal Music Awards. Happy almost New Year! Its kind of mind boggling to think that there are now only six days left of 2014. Where has it gone? Where do years passed go? In the past, obviously, in the memory banks as well.
2014 is one for the memory books for me, I must say. I have been trying to figure out for months what all I wanted to say to recap the year, and normally this is done in video form. This year, however, I just don't feel like filming. I feel like writing. I've basically stopped making YouTube videos, because I've gone from having all the time in the world, to next to none. YouTube was fun for me, and I'm not going to give it up, but for now, its been tucked to the side. It was really only started so I had something to do, it was a great time filler, but now the time has been filled with other things. Surely people understand. What other things are taking up my time? Well, this year I really started attempting to manage Remedy X the 'proper' way, and I started working at one of my favorite stores. I honestly can say I love everything I do, and everyone I work with -which I am very fortunate to be able to say. Sure, I get fed up, and sure I find myself at a loss from time to time, but things have a funny, kind of awesome way of working out. Speaking of working out, there has been so many things with Immortal Music that I simply cannot believe. This year, I have gotten to interview several awesome people starting with Zach Myers of Shinedown, and Justin Moore Of Ingram Hill, up to the most recent ones were all of Sons Of Reverly, and Kevin Thrasher and Robert Ortiz of Escape The Fate. The interview with Zach and Justin frankly, was one of the best things that could have happened to my career. The whole night actually was. I won't get into it too much, as I did write an entire blog about it, plus I vlogged and there were all sorts of things revolving around it. I will say this; the interview was sheer luck. I hate admitting it when things are sheer luck, becuase people tend to respond to all things I do as if they were sheer luck, not based off hard work. This though, geniunely was. I didn't know it at first, I thought I had emailed their tour manager, and asked for an interview. I knew he hadn't replied, but I didn't care. The man seemed very nice, as did Zach and Justin so I decided to just ask for my interview anyways. I told him I sent the email, and never got a reply, and he said he had meant to reply, but didn't. He then said just to talk to Zach and we could do the interview at some point. Apparently, Zach is not a fan of doing interviews, but was impressed by me and the way I asked, so he agreed to it. The same night I met a band called Elisium, who I interviewed over email the next day. I have stayed in touch with their lead singer, Nate on and off ever since. They're a great band, and wonderful people, and I definitely believe they are going to go far. Anyways, I wrote a recap blog/ review of the night, and shared it with all the bands that were there that night. That probably was the best choice I could have made, because later that day, I was informed by a very excited Internet friend that Shinedown shared my article. I still thank Elisium's Nate Compton for that, had he not excitedly shared my post, Zach wouldn't have seen it, and then it wouldn't have been shared on Shinedown's page. I am not ashamed to admit that I did scream with excitment, I did scramble to call my mother to tell her, and I did cry a bit. It was such an honor, and it was a goal. I had wanted my work to be shared by a band for a while, it hadn't happened yet. Then to have it happen unexpectedly after an incredible night, and it was on the page's of one of your favorite bands? It was unbelievable. I still stand by the idea that they're the only reason that Immortal Music has consistently gotten around 400 views every day since, and for that, I'll be forever grateful. I already adored Shinedown musically, but they'll forever have a special place in my heart because of that now. Shortly after all of that, I got an instant message from Three Days Grace's page. In March 2013, I saw them live with Matt Walst as their singer, and did speak my thoughts online about it. I did send it to them, but they ignored it for almost exactly one year. My review was not pleasant, I'm not going to pretend it was, so I figured if they ever responded, it would be less than nice. They actually were very professional about it, and said thank you for the support. I felt it was a default answer, like they didn't really read the article, just were answering all messages thanking fans for being there. So I responded by acknowledging that what I said was less than supportive, and they answered back by saying just talking about them alone is support. I couldn't argue with it, and gave them that credit, along with a comment that I did like "Painkiller", even if I hated to admit it. They said thank you, and promptly disappeared upon me asking who I was talking to. I assume it was probably management, not actually a member of the band, but it still actually spoke to me some that they answered at all. A couple years ago, to get a response from Three Days Grace would have been just as big of an honor to me as Shinedown sharing my work. I would have cried in the past, but this time, it just baffled me. None the less, its still a great memory that I am proud to say happened, even if it was a very brief, vague conversation. Right around the same time, Remedy X's bassist, Patrick got me to really start helping them out again. I had dont it in the past, but not nearly as much, and it had been a while. I set out on a goal to get them to play the Saint Petersburg, FL date for the 2014 Vans Warped tour. Sadly, it did not work, as apparently its more based on the opinions of the judges, not the numbers you received. They did very well though! All the promotion got them back on track from where they were before their name change in 2012. They reached 165 on the over all list, #4 on the list for the Saint Petersburg date and got 90.8% Buzz rating and over 4,000 plays total. It did look sure fire that they'd get to play, but fairness just wasn't there. None of the top rated bands got in, not even the band that was number one on the over all list. It just was not right in the slightest for anyone, though many great bands did get to play. The loss was tough, and highly discouraging, but it didn't phase them for long. We are already working on great things for the new year, and are exploring some possible options as well. Stay tuned for that, they'll be shared as they come apparent to us. Just before the Warped tour news came to us, I started my paying job. As I said earlier, I am working at a store that I love. Its honestly the best job I could possibly have right now, and I know I am lucky to be able to say that I genuinely like the work environment and everyone I work with. A lot of people aren't able to say that, but hopefully everyone gets the chance to say it at some point in their lives. In August, I got to got to Uproar 2014 with my best friend. There, even though I was not granted a pass, I got to interview Kevin Thrasher and Robert Ortiz of Escape The Fate and Sons of Reverly. Robert actually said something to me that will forever stick, and it impressed me a lot. When I said the name 'Immortal Music', he actually got the meaning behind the name. If people do get the name, they usually don't express that. Robert was the first one to ever acknowledge it out loud, actually, and it will forever stick with me. That is on camera, as part of the interview. That was a very interesting, exciting day. I think its the first time I ever felt like a true journalist. I missed most of the festival, because I was either running around trying to get in touch with the people I needed to talk to, or I was behind the scenes with a band. I only actually watched three sets all the way through, and those sets were Escape The Fate, Pop Evil and Seether. I wasn't actually supposed to watch Pop Evil, right then I was supposed to be interviewing David Koonce from Within Reason, but time constraints got the better of us and the interview ended up done over email the next day. He also surprised me, because when I intially talked to him, he actually remembered me from when we met before in 2012. I didn't actually get to talk to any of the other members that day, but David made a wonderful second impression, and I really appreciated that he even was thinking about the interivew. He stayed in touch on and off all day, including after I told him we had left the venue. It also meant a lot to me that he did follow through with the interview, and did not just let it slide through the cracks. That has happened before, and for good reason, but it doesn't take away from the disappointment. In September, I saw Adelitas Way live for the third time and met Rick Dejesus for the second time. He was sick that day, so he did not get to talk much this time around, and because of that my interview did not happen. I tried to email them, but with busy schedules, the answers have yet to come to me. They still might, with some hounding. They did well, but their sound person was not on top of his game that night, so it wasn't as good as they could be. I did vlog that day, and got individual videos of a couple songs. My personal favorite video from that night is, "Alive." It started off with "Happy Birthday" being played and sung to Rick by the crowd, and the part that I particularly like is Rick noticed I was recording and finished the song while looking at the camera. He seemed genuinely happy, and that footage made me very happy as well. That show was the last one I have made it to this year that was not just strictly local bands, but I bought tickets for a show I am very excited about. Immortal Music will finally be seeing Papa Roach on January 10. Details on that have already been shared, but will be talked about more in the new year. Now the year is coming to an end, and my first thought is to say it went by far too fast. Then to realize all I've done, proves that its run its course fully and was very busy! I also finally joined the 21st Century and bought myself an iPhone 5c. This is surely going to help because now Immortal Music can be mobile and the internet life will not be put on hold just because I am not home. This is no big deal to most, but this is the first time I've been able to say that, so I am genuinely excited. I'm sure the newness will wear off, and soon it will be a normal thing for me as well, but for right now its almost like magic. Obviously its not, its technology, but you get my point! I wanted to give huge thanks to every single person out there who's continued to support Immortal Music, and Remedy X even through lulls of inactivity due to schedules just not work. That means the world to me, and some of the sweet things you guys have said in regards to the inactivity has meant more than I can really say. There were several times this year I got discouraged and honestly was questioning everything I do, and I had several of you getting in contact with me to talk about it and point out once again why I do all of this. I swear to God that I'm gonna change the world. It might take forever, but one day, it might happen. I might not change the whole world, but I could change someone else's world and my world is forever changing. Thank you once again for being here, for all your interaction and support, I truly do not know what I'd do without you guys. I love you very much, don't you ever forget that. Let me know what your year was like, and here's to 2015. May it be just as eventful and exciting as 2014 was. Big things are hopefully coming soon. There'll be a 2015 out look/ resolution blog coming soon, so if you're interested to see what I am thinking for the new year, stay tuned. The Immortal Music Awards are coming to an end soon! The results will be posted in just a matter of days! Before that happens though, we need to determine winners for the hottest male and female of 2014, and figure out the best music video of 2014.
The polls for hottest male and female will be active until Monday, December 29 and the newest question will be active until the 30th. Once again, just in case it wasn't made clear, the new question is as follows, What is the BEST music video of 2014? This must be a video that was released sometime this year. Unfortunately, you do not have long to answer this question, so please get your answers in and ask your friends to do the same as quickly as possible. It hasn't been decided yet if a winner will be determined for this question via a poll in the end, or if all answers were be included in the final results. We shall see. The final results will be shared on December 31 here on Immortal Music! You guys seriously blew Immortal Music away this week! For the first time since we started doing the Immortal Music awards for this year, a ton of you responded in the first day! Enough answers were given in response to just one status that we can move onto the next step with this question!
The next step is to get you guys to vote on the most popular answers to determine full winners for both questions. Just as a reminder, the questions were "Who is the hottest male in music?" and "Who is the hottest female?" Only 8 different answers were given for the hottest female, as several of you seemed to be in agreement with one another about who should win. That's where the poll came in, of course. Some answers that are now featured in the poll were given three different times each, and the others were given twice. If you would like to participate in that poll, please do so by clicking here. As for the hottest male, there were twenty one different answers! Surprisingly, the answers also included a member of One Direction, and Luke Bryan. Its nice to see some diversity! The answers that made it into the poll were all given two times each, and just like the poll for the hottest female, your participation is highly needed and encouraged. To participate in that, please click here! There are not many choices for the hottest male, despite how many answers were given over all. The only answers that are included in both polls are ones that were given more than once, and there weren't many repeat answers. There's several for the hottest female, but only three for the hottest male. Please just go take a look at the polls and cast your vote before time is up! The voting will close on December 29, and in just a couple of days the final question will be asked! Thank you so much for your participation! It means so much, and its very exciting to see the activity! Hopefully you all have been enjoying it all, and are looking forward to seeing the final results! Once again, the results will be up on December 31, so get ready -its coming very soon! Its that time of the week again! Its that time where I ask you another question for the 2014 Immortal Music Awards. This week, however, its not one -but two questions! They go hand in hand though. Keep reading to find out what those questions are.
Before I go on though, I want to quickly thank everyone for their participation with last week's question. Last week's question was "Who do you think is the best underrated band (or solo artist) of 2014?" Over 73 answers were given, and all will be included when the results are posted! Thank you once again for your participation, such participation is amazing and that is what makes the Immortal Music Awards truly work. I also wanted to say that since the awards are coming to an end, this week will be a bit different question wise. Two are combined into one today, there will be another on Friday, the 26th, and the final question will be asked on December 26. It is undecided yet if any question will be closed or not. All three questions may be open for answers up to the 29th. Then, the last question will be open until the 31st, which is when the results will be posted! Now, we can get onto today's questions. They are as follows; Question 1: Who do you think is the hottest MALE in rock? Question 2: Who do you think is the hottest FEMALE in rock? At this point, its in secret that Immortal Music is based in the southern parts of Florida, right? That 'secret' stands very strong with the latest announcement regarding the third annual Fort Rock. There's mixed feelings for Immortal Music regarding this event, though it has nothing to do with the event itself. Its more with the venue, but we decided not long after the lineup for 2015's Fort Rock was announced that maybe we judged a bit too harshly.
The 2013 Fort Rock was the first concert Jetblue Park had ever held (or at least, it was the first festival), so things were quite disorganized. This lead to an awful experience, that caused us to leave only two hours after getting there. Its not the festival's fault, but the memories did stop us from attending the 2014 Fort Rock, despite the killer lineup. This coming year's announcement is frankly even more tempting than this year's. We personally are incredibly intrigued to see Breaking Benjamin back in action, We Are Harlot, Motionless In White again, as well as Slipknot, The Pretty Reckless and Papa Roach. The fact that Breaking Benjamin is officially back now, excites thousands. After they went on their hiatus, and it was made known that it was for health reasons on Ben's part at first, it looked as though they would never return. That was a disappointing thought, as they do put on a great show. They were at the first rock concert Immortal Music's founder ever went to, and they have not returned to the state of Florida ever since that year. Some research showed Slipknot has barely played Florida at all in the past few years, and they're one of those bands that we sort of feel everyone needs to see at least once. We saw Motionless In White in 2011, but they were new to Immortal Music so we feel that maybe their performance wasn't enjoyed as much as it could have been. We'd love to give them a second chance. The lineup just looks incredible, and because of that, Immortal Music is greatly considering going. Forms have already been filled out, and we are just waiting confirmation about press for this event. If it is granted, we will be asking for interviews with several of the bands. We already have a pending one with Tony Palmero from Papa Roach, so we are trying to decide if we will be asking Papa Roach for a second interview or not. We currently plan on asking for interviews with Slipknot, Godsmack, Breaking Benjamin, In This Moment, The Pretty Reckless, Motionless In White and We are Harlot. Surely not all of these will be granted, but with so many being asked for, chances are someone will say yes. So, if you have questions for any of the bands previously mentioned, please feel free to send them to me here in the comments, or through Facebook or Twitter. Reviews on the latest albums for all the bands will be coming soon, as long as time permits it. Stay tuned for that! For more information regarding Fort Rock, including the full lineup and ticket prices, please click here! There's a ton of great bands out there. Some are very well known, some are not. Frankly, that's a shame. So, now is the time to shine some light on the lesser known bands and give them some love.
This brings us to this week's question for the 2014 Immortal Music awards. Which is as follows; Who do you think is the best underrated band (or solo artist) of 2014? This could be anyone from a band you discovered online, to someone you know. If they have musical talent and are still 'underground', as they say, name them! There will be no voting for this week's question, every band mentioned will be included when all the results are finally shared. Please feel free to also name the band or artist's genre, and perhaps even tag their pages, if you wish to do so. You can name as many as you would like, because everyone deserves the love. As previously said, you can answer friends of yours who are musicians, or a band you have discovered that you really like. Remember: They must be lesser known. Here's a couple examples of what works and what does not. Example of what works: One Less Reason, Sunshine & Bullets, Remedy X, Malaya Examples of things that don't work: Motionless In White, All Time Low, Pierce The Veil, A Day To Remember, Mariana's Trench You have now until December 22 to answer this question! Please feel free to leave your input in the comments, over on Facebook or Twitter. Immortal Music could not be more thrilled or thankful right this second. Big things are happening, and that might be something that has been said a lot in the recent months, but it continues to be true.
On January 10, 2015, Immortal Music will be attending a show with Papa Roach and Seether at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando, Florida. Possible show coverage is in the works. Interviews have been confirmed with both bands over phone and email, and if all goes well, a photo pass will be granted. You read that right. There's no details pertaining to the Seether interview except for that it should be over email sometime in the next month. As for Papa Roach, it will be happening over the phone sometime next week, with Tony Palermo, the band's drummer. Their press person told me it was so we could review the show, so the interview may consist of primarily tour information. However, if you have any questions for Papa Roach or Seether, please feel free to send your questions to me here or on Facebook. I will try to ask as many as I can. It sort of just hit me that things are finally working, and I couldn't be more thankful. Interviews with Zach Myers of Shinedown, and Escape The Fate happened, and now there's confirmations for Papa Roach and Seether as well. Plus, Immortal Music has grown a lot, partly due to those things happening. They're milestones and goals, and they're simply accomplishments that I am so grateful to say have been in my life. Or will be, in this case as well. Thank you for being here, and for supporting this thing I like to call Immortal Music. If this spells out anything for 2015, then bring on the new year. I'm excited. A recap video for 2014 and a video in 2015's honor is still coming. With the hectic schedule that is coming with the end of this year, I cannot guarantee when that video will be up, but it will be happening at some point before the year is over. |
