Warped tour has now begun, and many more are underway. Worldwide there are a ton of music festivals, which are all just outdoor, all day concerts. In theory, that sounds amazing, no matter which one we're talking about. Some are better than others though. Some say Warped tour beats all, others say its Download, Soundwave, Coachella, SXSW, Lollapalooza, or Uproar. Or some other one!
Personally, as for experiences Immortal Music has been through, Uproar Festival beats all. When I went, it was perfect. It wasn't too hot, or too windy, and there was no issues what so ever. It was just get in there, and get to experience the music, along with the behind the scene part of the music instantly. Warped tour, so far, is probably the worst, in my book. Its proven to be quite disorganized, though its brilliant in theory. Most people disagree with me, and for fans, its almost perfect. It would be perfect, if they did not decide to have it in the dead of summer when it was hotter than Hell just about everywhere. That being said, though I have never been, and have no chance of going while being more or less broke, I think Download Festival in the UK or Soundwave in Australia always sounds the best. The lineups every year are incredible, and I hear the experience is always awesome as well. Alas, I am on the wrong side of the ocean for Download, and on the wrong side of the world for Soundwave. What do you think about festivals? Do you like the very idea of them, or would you prefer normal concerts? If you do like festivals, what one is your favorite?
