An interview has come out of Asking Alexandria's Danny Worsnop, and Ben Bruce where they are talking about various things. This includes the topic of radio being killed by the internet, and bands killing certain genres. This interview has caused quite the stir, mostly due to the fact that Ben Bruce stated that 90's grunge -specifically, Nirvana- killed metal. How can one genre "kill" another? Times change, and so do styles. As the creators of the music we all know and love retire or even pass away, things change. Its just the natural order of things, and nobody can change that. Danny tried to say that everyone sounds the same. That everyone uses the same formula and it sucks. "The issue is a lack of issues." Danny stated, shortly on the heels of saying, "Get a drug problem." Ben also stated that Guns And Roses is the only metal band that managed to hold on through that. He took that back to say that Metallica did it too, though they are a different breed. He also said that they are shit now, but still are incredibly popular. Asking Alexandria are known for living the stereotypical "rockstar" life. Drug use, heavy drinking, sleeping with groupies nightly, ect. They claim to just not really have a care in the world, but frankly, it appears to be an act. Also, while they are indeed talented, are they really any people to judge? This interview, will more than likely go down in history. You can watch the interview below, and decide for yourself.

In the semi recent past, Puddle Of Mudd singer, Wes Scatlin, has grown quite the record. After being arrested for beating his ex wife, being involved with a hit-and-run accident, vandalism and much more, you'd assume the man would clean up his act. A performance on April 16 has proven otherwise. Wes appeared to have a meltdown during the band's set. It started with him seemingly lip syncing to their hit song, "She Fucking Hates Me", and ended with him throwing his mic stand and bottles into the crowd. Fans posted video footage to the band's Facebook page showing Wes throw the mic stand backward on the stage, narrowly missing around another member out of the band. This appeared to be out of frustration after being cut off by the soundboard workers. He began flipping off someone in a higher level of the venue, and then chucks his microphone up that way. Shortly after, he begins throwing water bottles that had been sat on the stage rather roughly into the audience, and flipping off audience members. You can see in the video below that he was clearly yelling to someone in the crowd, and actually reaches down and tries to pull someone up on the stage in anger. Security stopped that fairly quickly, and Wes took off his shirt and was motioning to his crotch as if he was telling someone to suck his dick. It is a given that something is not right in Wes' head, and hopefully he gets some help soon. You Me At Six has been forced to reschedule a tour just days before it was set to begin. The band was about to embark on a tour all around North America on the 21st of April, but has now been forced to reschedule it for September. All the dates that are going to be rescheduled are listed on their website. However, the dates they will be happening on have yet to be announced. It is to be assumed that they will be in the exact same order as they have been just through September 15 through October 20th rather than April 20 through most of May. This is just an assumption though, details will come over the next week on the You Me At Six official website.
The reason the tour has been rescheduled is because singer Josh Franceshi is currently suffering from vocal exhaustion and has been put under doctor's orders to rest his voice. This prohibits the band from playing to the highest level of energy possible, and rather than give fans a performance that is not their best, they decided to reschedule so they could give it their all. This has happened to Josh because they have been touring for a full year, and it has taken a toll on his vocal cords. He is alright, but if he did not take this rest, that could possibly change. You Me At Six is very disappointed to have to announce this but it is necessary. All tickets that have been purchased for this tour will be valid for the rescheduled dates. This does include VIP, so nobody has to worry about a thing. Big Time Rush member, Kendall Schmitt has branched out away from the modern boy band to start a new project. He is now part of a new band, Heffron Drive and while its not a huge jump sound wise from BTR, it is slightly different. With their single, "Parallel", some genre lines are crossed. While it has a dominate pop feel to it, there's also a slight mix of something else that can't quite be named. Its unique to say the least. Regardless of your thoughts about Big Time Rush, it is highly recommended that you give "Parallel" a listen. You can get the song on iTunes now, and surely an album will be in the near future. A rumor of Sleeping With Sirens quitting music has been out in the world since right before Warped tour 2013. However, someone has released a picture of two tweets. One was from Sleeping With Sirens stating that after Jesse left they have been very quiet. The tweet claimed that they had a band meeting and decided to quit the band. The other was supposedly from Kellin Quinn stating that his time in Sleeping With Sirens was over and it was time to move on. These tweets have been confirmed to be fake! Someone’s April Fool’s prank failed fairly quickly. Such pranks like this only work if the band or record label release it. If you see this image, and see anyone believing that this rumor is true, please reassure them that it is not true. Neither one of these Tweets are on the proper Twitter accounts.
