Fearless Records released the 6th installment of Pop Goes Punk back in November 2014. It featured covers from August Burns Red, Set It Off, Crown The Empire, and more. For some reason though, the album is getting re-released digitally on June 23. It will include all the same tracks, along with three others. PVRIS will be covering Sia's "Chandelier", I Prevail will be covering, "Blank Space" by Taylor Swift, and Ice Nine Kill's will be covering "Animals" by Maroon 5. You can hear I Prevail's cover of Black Space now, which was originally released on December 1, 2014 on their YouTube channel.

Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, humans and supernatural beings, Adam Gontier is BACK. Saint Asonia announced that on May 16, some more information would be coming in regards of them. One day early, they released their debut song, "Better Place." For anyone who has missed Adam Gontier's lyrical art, and vocal styling, check this out! This is definitely the start of something wonderful. The song "Better Place" speaks of moving on and proving you're better off without someone who once really hurt you.
We can't wait to hear more! Listen to the song now and let us know what you think! Walk Off Hits may sound like a radio station, or an MTV show that actually plays music videos, but its actually a pop band from Las Vegas, Nevada. A lot of their influences come from sou music from the 50's, 60's, and 70's, funk, blues and rock music, and they seem to be quite unique in their style. They were brought to our attention with their most recent music video, "Miss Jones." The song is incredibly catchy, but the video has a sort of romantic comedy meets The Hangover sort of feel to it. The video shows a wild night in Las Vegas, where the band is performing and Miss Jones takes a shine to the band's front man. We're not going to explain more, just watch it. The video raised some questions for us, but hopefully some answers will come to us soon. Neck Deep has announced a brand new album and has released a single. Can't Kick Up The Roots 4. Kali Ma 5. Gold Steps 6. Lime St. 7. Serpents 8. The Beach Is For Lovers (Not Lonely Losers) 9. December 10. Smooth Seas Don't Make Good Sailors 11. I Hope This Comes Back To Haunt You 12. Rock Bottom The description Ben Barlow, Neck Deep's vocalist, gave "Can't Kick Up The Roots" is quite possibly one of the most 'pop punk' descriptions we have ever heard. "Can't Kick Up The Roots is about my hometown of Wrexham in North Wales. At the time of writing it we had been away for 3 months in America, so home was very much on our minds. On one level it's about how much our hometown sucks - we really don't come from anywhere glamorous, quite the opposite in fact - but by the same token, that's what makes it ours. Wrexham has the strangest charm, where we kind of take pride in the shittiness around us, and '...Roots' is about our love for where we come from in spite of its flaws. We've travelled all around the world for the past two years, seen some amazing things, and yet we're still super happy to come home to where we grew up." On a scale from All Time Low to A Day To Remember, how do you feel about your hometown? If you have a love/ hate thing for it, you're Neck Deep. Curious now? Check out the brand new music video for "Can't Kick Up The Roots" right now! Don't forget you can catch Neck Deep at several festivals this year including the Slam Dunk Festival, Warped tour and Leeds Festival. They are also nominated for the Best Breakthrough band for the Alternative Press Music Awards, so be sure to look into that!
It has been announced that Chelsea Grin's guitarist, Dan Jones is taking a leave of absence from the band for the remainder of 2015. The reason is something quite respectable and impressive.
Dan will be spending a lot of his time in the genetics lab of Salt Lake City, Utah's Westminster College in the near future. He wishes to do research on microbial mercury methylation, but also says he will be making progress on the next Chelsea Grin album. He is not quitting the band, just is exploring other options and will not be on tour with them because of it. This announcement actually came on May 9, and Dan shared a paper he wrote in 2014 on Twitter, for anyone who is interested. What do you think of this matter? Chelsea Grin may be one of the few bands out there that can say they have a scientist on their side, among other things. Former Three Days Grace singer, Adam Gontier has joined forces with former members of Staind, and Finger Eleven. While nothing has been fully confirmed, except for the fact that Adam Gontier is definitely the front man of the band. An official announcement is coming on May 16, but a teaser has been posted. It clearly shows Adam, Mike Mushok of Staind, and possibly Rich Beddoe, who was formerly in Finger Eleven, and Corey Lowery, a touring bassist (from the looks of it). People are speculating that the announcement will include a debut single, along with confirmation of the lineup out right. The teaser is below, for anyone who wishes to watch it. As a long time fan of Adam Gontier's work, Immortal Music is highly anticipating this announcement. More details will be coming soon! On May 6, Black Veil Brides announced their first live DVD!
