Tattoos are something incredible that are only just becoming normal to have. They're a silent way to express yourself, and they are a way to keep something close to you forever. They're one of the few permanent things in life, and they're definitely not for everyone. That being said, they definitely are for us. Myself and my mother have six music related tattoos between the two of us, referencing Five Finger Death Punch, Art Of Dying, Papa Roach and A Day To Remember, and more are being planned. Now you probably are wondering why I'm even talking about this, right? There's actually a couple of reasons for this. The first is pure and simple because I honestly love tattoos. I love hearing people talk about their tattoos, and explain why they have it. There tends to be interesting stories connected to tattoos, and no two tattoos have the same story, even if they're the same tattoo. The second reason was actually slightly random. As you probably noticed, we've been talking about a music festival quite a bit called Rock Allegiance. We've already explained why we want to go, which you can read here if you're interested, but it randomly dawned on us something we hadn't touched on ever really here on the site. The tattoos we have, and have in mind for some of the artists playing this amazing festival. The main focus I actually wanted to make was my mom's tattoos for this because she currently has two different Five Finger Death Punch tattoos, and has a third in mind already. The two she currently has are both references to "Remember Everything", which is on their American Capitalist album. She first got this in March of 2013, and then added to it later on. It is actually a memorial piece for her grandparents, who passed away in April 2012 and September 2013. They meant the world to her, and she wanted to get something to honor them, and this happened to be the way she chose to do it. The reason for the quote, "I always will remember everything" is because of everything they did for her. Then for Christmas last year, she got another one that is still a work progress. It currently looks like this; But, on September 10, exactly one month before the Rock Allegiance festival, actually, she is going to get it completely reworked by a different artist. The new artist actually sketched it out on her skin with nothing but sharpie markers and did a phenomenal job. The only thing not pictured below is the man on the path. That will be part of it, it just wasn't drawn out in sharpie before hand. Once its fully done, I will post a picture on Instagram or something, so be sure to follow me over there. The last one she currently has that I want to talk about is for Art Of Dying. It is their logo, and their mantra, "The art of dying is my life to live." I do believe she got the logo originally in 2012, and then got it touched up again in 2013. And then there's my tattoo. I got it in November 2012, and do plan on getting it touched up but its from "Scars" by Papa Roach. I've told the story far too many times I'm sure, but basically, that song describes me very well. I decided to get this quote because not all scars are psychical and every experience in your life does help make who you are. Plus, the entire song speaks to me, so it seemed very fitting to get this quote. I am still considering getting "My weakness is that I care too much" done as a tattoo, but I think I want that to be in a more hidden place so its not so out in the open. It is part of who I am, but at the same time, it seems like you're just asking to be taken advantage of if you have that prominently displayed somewhere. I also really want to get a Saint Asonia tattoo, but in order to do that I actually have to meet Adam Gontier. I am not going to give away that idea though, you guys are just going to have to wait to find out what that is whenever it finally happens.
Mom is also considering a third Five Finger Death Punch tattoo. She heard "Digging My Own Grave" and instantly got ideas, though I am not sure what exactly that idea was. So, you're going to have to wait for that as well!

The treatment has very little pain involved when compared with the other methods.
