Have you ever heard an album that just spoke to you? This could very well be one for you. Anyone with a dream, a goal, a dedication in their life needs to hear this album. It might just change your life.
On July 29, Adelitas Way will be releasing their third studio album, Stuck. It intrigues you instantly, just with the track listing and singles, "Dog On A Leash" and title track, "Stuck." This album appears to empower and inspire anyone who has felt let down by life, or like they weren't good enough to reach their dreams. This is a true, rock album, that really depicts the sturggles to suceed at something you are passionate about. The track listing alone intrigued me, "Save The World" left me dying to give it some attention. It sounds almost political, but in an empowering way. "Different Kind Of Animal" is a song that everyone needs to hear, it could possibly inspire someone to follow every single one of their dreams. It flat out says, "Here's to the nights that will change your life, here's to the nights you go and give them hell." Or something very similar to that. It reminds listeners that you have to keep pressing on to do what you want in this world, even if the world thinks its different. It even says what people often think, "Why can't you just let me be?" Everyone has questioned that before, and you just have to hit the world with the truth. This song says that perfectly. This album is filled with lyrical genuis, and you can hear the passion in Rick's voice as he sings about love, and life, and striving to great heights. Go get this album, you will be extremely impressed. This is a solid five star album.

On July 3, Seether released their sixth studio album, Isolate And Medicate.
They kept the same sound they always had, which is a good thing, if you ask me. Lyrically, for the most part, they have always been dark, but this album in particular poses a question. Is Shawn Morgan alright? Through out the album, lyrics express feelings of loss, despair, even suicidal thoughts. "Goodbye tonight" really was the first to pose any sort of question. Just the name caused an eyebrow to raise, so it was the first song besides the lead single, "Weak", that I chose to listen to. The song, frankly, sounds kind of like a suicide note from the very beginning, but the chorus is what really seemed worrisome to me. "If I was to die tonight, would it all make sense? Would it all make sense? Would it all make sense? And if I die tonight. Would the wind ship away at my soul forever?" Unfortunatuely, I do feel this album would be highly relatable to many. Its unfortunate, because its a shame that anyone would feel so low, but at the same time, hearing it from someone else reminds people that they are not alone. Other stand out tracks on this album are, "Weak", "Save Today", "Same Damn Life", and "Words As Weapons." While the content is on the darker side, its all beautifully written, and executed, so this is definitely a five star album. Be sure to get it now on iTunes, Amazon, or where ever music is sold, and remember you can catch Seether on the 2014 Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival this starting this August. Thousand Foot Krutch is set to release their first album in two years on August 26. This album will be their ninth release since their start in 1995, and surely it is highly anticipated by many.
As with every album, some tracks stood out more than others. This particular one includes; "Untraveled Road" stood out so much. Its all about living your own life, and taking the path less traveled. A lot of the lyrics were very attention grabbing, and the fact that it says, "These are more than just words on a record." (or something along those lines.) is incredible. Music speaks where words fail, after all. This song is entirely inspiring, and goes on the list of songs that everybody must hear at some point during their lifetime. "Born This Way", title wise, sounds like it's going to be a cover of the Lady GaGa song, but this song is similar in meaning, but highly different. "You can't stop us, we can't be stopped." Be yourself, always. This song promotes that perfectly, and is very catchy, as well as meaningful. "Give Into Me", "Light Up", and "Oxygen", all stand out as well. "Give Into Me" is entirely relatable, especially due to the fact that it speaks of feeling like you simply don't belong. Everyone has felt that way before. "Light Up" and "Oxygen" are sweeter songs, speaking kind words about a loved one. They say things about lighting up when they look at someone, and "You are my oxygen." They're both simply beautiful, and you can hear the love in his voice. He clearly means every word of it. Over all, I feel like people will greatly relate to this album, and possbily be inspired by this album. It appears to speak of living your own life, and being yourself quite a bit, and that is a message that needs to be spread. Fans will not be disappointed with this album, because frankly, this album is arguably their best album yet.
