Today alone, two sightings of obviously fake headlines, featuring beloved bands have been spotted via Facebook. The first was stating that Pierce The Veil's Vic Fuentes had died in a car accident on May 29th. Without even clicking on it, that could be proven to be false due to the fact that a tweet from Vic on May 30 has been making rounds around the internet. The tweet said he had just met Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy and was thrilled to see they were about the same height. So, unless Patrick Stump was also involved in this car accident, and somehow there is internet access to the dead, this is very obviously fake.
A second one has been spotted stating that A Day To Remember was calling it quits. The link takes you to a website called 'Fake Share', in which you can make false headlines to prank people with. Be very cautious if you see such links. So far, none have proven to be harmful, but surely someone out there would make one that is harmful. The A Day To Remember one at least shows up with the link appearing as 'shortme.us' So, if you see that, it is not a real article. Spread the word, and do not trick people into believing that their favorite bands are in danger. That is not alright.

Marilyn Manson, or Brian Warner, as those close to him may know him as, is currently mourning the loss of his mother. An obituary on CantonRep.com stated that she was only sixty eight years old, and had just lost a very long battle with dementia. "Barbara J. Warner, age 68, passed peacefully on Tuesday after a long battle with dementia. She was a wife, lover, mother and friend who will be missed forever. Survived by her husband, Hugh A. Warner; and a son, Brian H. Warner. Services were private. The Lamiell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Condolences may be made towww.lamiellfuneralhome.com." Marilyn himself, on May 18 posted the following picture of text to his Facebook page in memory of his mother. Our hearts go out to Marilyn and his family at this time. Alzheimer's, or any other form of dementia is a very heartbreaking illness, and death on its own is never easy.
Today both All Time Low and Of Mice And Men have released music videos today! All Time Low's video for "The Irony Of Choking On A Lifesaver." was expected to be quite out there and slightly strange much like their "Backseat Serenade" and "Somewhere in Neverland" videos. All Time Low can never do what's expected of them though, and the video ended up being relatively normal. Of Mice And Men,however, took the 'weird' award this time. Their video for, "Would You Still Be There?" featured a lot of gas masks. We won't give too much away. If you're interested in seeing the videos for yourself, you can do so below. Falling In Reverse and The Color Morale have also released videos today. Both are involving their tracks that are featured on Fearless Record's Punk Goes 90's Vol. 2. Falling In Reverse's video release for the day though is actually the behind the scenes footage of the behind the scenes of a video they released last week. They released a video for their cover of Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise" one day last week. If you have not seen the music video yet, you can do so here, and below is the behind the scenes footage. Falling In Reverse also released some rather big information the other day that involves a lineup change. To learn more about that, please click here. The Color Moral's video is actually a lyric video for their cover of "Everlong" by the Foo Fighters. If you would like to watch the video, you can do so by clicking here. Ever since Max Green and Ronnie Radke reconciled in 2013, fans have speculated on the future of Falling In Reverse and Escape The Fate. Some have said they expected Max to leave Escape The Fate once more, to join Falling In Reverse.
Those expectations have proven to be correct. It was announced today that Ronnie and Max are once again band mates. Max is now Falling In Reverse's bassist, and the previous bassist, Ron Ficarro is taking his leave from the band. "Ron was probably the best bass player I've ever played with,” Ronnie states, “but at this moment in time I feel it is best to part ways with him. I respect him and wish nothing but the best for him. Max quitting Escape The Fate was like a godsend. It was a no brainer to have him join. I've known him half my life and this will be a great new chapter to start." In Max's departure announcement he states that at the end of the day he simply states that Escape The Fate is great, but at the end of the day he does not feel fufilled at the end of the day as an Escape The Fate member. “So it comes with a heavy heart that I have to announce my departure from Escape The Fate. This decision of mine did not come hastily, it had been something ive fought back amd forth with since my return to the band earlier this year. The guys are great, and they do great at what they do, but for me personally, the vision i had for thia band in the begining is far far from what it is today and I know that times change but I can't help feeling unfulfilled at the end of the day when I lay my head down to sleep. I love, LOVE my fans more than almost anything in this world and I thank them for welcoming me back and this is not me quitting music, I promise youll all be seeing me again. At the end of the day I have to do whats best for my life and my wellbeing. I want everyone to know that im not on drugs, im doing great and am in a great positive state of mind abiut this decision. ....in the words of a true las vegas native....you got to know when to hold em, and know when to fold em. Thank you, I love you and will be seeing you soon” He also has been quoted saying, "Reuniting with longtime friend Ronnie Radke in his band Falling In Reverse feels nothing but right at this time in my life. I look to forward to playing shows and creating memories together again with him and his amazing band of bros." It is to be assumed that TJ Bell will return to playing bass in Escape The Fate, rather than the guitar he is currently playing, though that is simply an assumption, as Escape The Fate has yet to speak up on the matter. What do you think about Max joining Falling In Reverse? Leave your thoughts in the comments. Seth Rogen has a charity called Hilarity For Charity and that charity is auctioning off a signed All Time Low shirt. 100% of the proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association, and can be bid on Ebay now through May 16th. They say that it is a size medium and the shirt can be purchased on their merch site. There are four versions of this shirt of the shirt, with each of their last names on the back. It does not say however, how it does not say who's last name is on the back.
