As of August 24, 2012 the Rock star Energy Uproar Festival will not be headlined by Papa Roach. Instead it will be co-headlined by Shinedown, Adelita's Way, Godsmack, and Staind.
Their lead singer, Jacoby Shaddix has been diagnosed with a nodule on his left vocal cord, and has been advised to get it removed as soon as possible.
“It’s no secret that I’ve been having issues with my voice lately. I was hoping to be able to go out there and kill it on this tour by resting and doing vocal exercises, but my voice has just gone out on me. I hate to let our fans down, but unfortunately surgery is the only way to fix it,” Shaddix said. “The last thing we want to do is give our fans less than 100% every night. We know they’ll understand and we’ll be back better than ever.”
Unfortunately, Papa Roach only got to play the first few dates of Uproar, but as soon as they are permitted the band will more than likely be out on their own tour.
For updates on the band, check out Papa Roach on Facebook. For more information on Uproar, please go to www.
Fans have been devastated that the band Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (DRUGS) has broken up earlier this year. Their singer, Craig Owens returned to Chiodos, and is now happier than ever with them.
It just came out that the former DRUGS members, Matt Good, Aaron Stern, Nick Martin, and Adam Russell have gotten back together and are working on a new album. Craig is not in the band, so obviously he will not be singing for them anymore.
Matt Good, however, can sing, so its a high possibility that Matt will be playing guitar and taking over the role of lead vocals.

While searching the web today, I stumbled across what might just be the official track listing for Three Days Grace's upcoming album, Transit Of Venus. Whether or not this is the real track listing has yet to be confirmed, but this is what I found.
1. Sign of The Times
2. Chalk Outline
3. The High Road
6. Misery Loves My Company
7. Give in to Me
9. Give Me a Reason
10. Time That Remains
12. Broken Glass
13. Unbreakable Heart
Three Days Grace has been posting snippets of their new song, "Chalk Outline" on and off for weeks now. Its been driving fans nuts, and now it is officially out! The song can be purchased tomorrow on iTunes, and Amazon, but you can watch the official lyric video here.
Track listings for Transit Of Venus are still unknown, but chances are they'll be released soon. The album comes out on October 2, and if the rumors I heard are to be believed, Three Days Grace will be going on tour with My Darkest Days and Art of Dying later this year. That is currently a rumor, but judging by things I have heard, its very likely that something along those lines could happen. If I find out anything mor
An article has been swirling around the internet saying that Ronnie Radke of Falling In Reverse was arrested on Monday, August 6, 2012 for assault on his girlfriend from back in May. The article said that he has been released, on a $30,000 bond, and was told to show up in an LA court on August 14. There are supposed 'screenshots' from the LA Sheriff's department with proof that Ronnie was arrested, but considering Ronnie was posting on Twitter saying, "People shouldn't believe everything they read on the internet", I feel it is safe to say that someone started a vicious rumor, and actually wasted their time to make it look truthful.
If you would like to check out the screenshots, I have included a link below to Alternative Press' website, where they have discussed this matter.
It was supposed that the warrant has been out since before Warped tour began, and she just was pressing charges now, the day after the tour ended. If memory serves correctly, months ago Ronnie was answering fans about their breakup. He had been very upset about it, and this concerned fans. I'm fairly certain this was before May, 2012.
Don't believe everything you read on the internet. If a rumor gets started, especially about a constant Twitter user such as Ronnie Radke, go check Twitter. Even if that sounds dumb, "to go check a social networking site", they do post on there themselves, and will tell you if its true. Chris Drew owned up to the fact that he was arrested a couple months back, Nicholas Matthews admitted that he was in the hospital because Craig Mabbitt found him after he tried to commit suicide a few months back. You can find out the truth, very easily sometimes.
So, just to set the record straight: Ronnie Radke is NOT in any way shape, or form in danger of going back to jail, and people really need to stop spreading rumors.
