The name of this band has not yet been disclosed, neither has their record label, but its either Hopeless, Epitaph, or Standby. Their singer randomly up and quit, just not wanting to be in the music scene anymore, and they're in desperate need of a singer. According to Bryan, its a very well known band, and they're desperate. They're supposed to go on tour next month, and they're without a singer. They need someone, and they need someone fast. He says he needs someone that can do clean vocals, they don't scream. The qualifications are a male, that is dedicated and wants to be in a band, that can sing obviously, between the ages of 18 and 26. You will need to be able to tour nationally, as they have a tour lined up already for next month. They are asking that you send a video of yourself singing one of four songs to [email protected]. The songs they'd like people to cover are "Helena" by My Chemical Romance, "Empty With You" by The Used, "Thanks For The Memories" by Fall Out Boy, or "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies" by Panic At The Disco. Submissions must be put in as soon as possible to the email address above. I've been doing some research, trying to possibly figure out who this band may be, and I have determined that the band is definitely not on Hopeless Records. I say this because the band that's looking for a singer is definitely going out on tour around the US and except for All Time Low, none of the bands are going on US tours in October. I'm certain it is not All Time Low, just because their lead singer Alex, probably would have said something by now if he was no longer interested in being part of ATL. Even after all my research, I can not seem to find the band. I looked through all the bands on all three record labels and found nothing. Obviously the band is keeping everything completely under wraps, and the band's upcoming tour was still unannounced. Hopefully more information will come soon. Check out Bryan's video for more information. Good luck to all who decide to try to submit themselves to the band. |
